317/365 This is one of the most wonderful gestures I’ve ever received!!! Today was my last day at work and suddenly my boss stood up and gave this little speech. Then he handed me over this flowers. Normally students just get a little present from our costumer presents stock. But he gave me this little piece of spring and hugged me. It was such a little but sincere and unique gesture that I had to really control myself not to cry. It never has to be the big stuff. Sometimes the most delicate gestures can show best how greatful you are.

314/365 Sometimes you just have to run and be a child! Scare some sea gulls, laugh about goofy jokes, don’t give to much about social convention or judgement. Just be you, no matter who is watching.  Remember that most of the judgemental people will act just like those sea gulls. When you show how much strength is inside of you they will fly away and disappear.

306/365 The radio play theatre is one of the funniest ensembles I’ve ever had the pleasure to see. They give life to radio plays and show how much creativity is left when the only thing you have to stick to is a story without an image. The drawing around the lips serves to show who’s voice on the audio drama is from which actor. They move their lips totally lipsinc to the text, causing the illusion that the actor is speaking. It’s hard to explain but I never laughed that hard!  Even when taking a photo with the whole cast I couldn’t stop laughing. Thank you Vollplaybacktheater, you’re really amazing and a prove that creativity is a gift to be shared.

261/365 It’s amazing how children capture life with all their senses and without any social convention. They cry if something is not like they want it, they laugh when something is funny.. they react true to the core. People say “you’re childish!” like it’s something negative. But bring in mind how much positive stuff comes with it.  Would it really be so bad if we would be more honest? If our reactions were based on what we really think instead of what we should think? If we would just laugh out of the blue because everything can be so funny? We could all use a little childish from time to time.

183/365 The best store for creative people- tia emma! You never leave empty handed, but not with clothes or shoes.. you leave with a bag full of inspiration. Stamps, stickers, postcards, sweets, tea … I can’t even count all the curiousities.  Inspiration has no price tag.

175/365 Working all day makes it really hard to stay active and do my 365 project. But it’s those days that make me more creative because I really have to search for that gap or chance to try something out. Today after work we were already dated for dinner and even after that I already had an appointment.  So the idea was simple, go on a parking lot, try some yoga asanas (still in my office dress) and use the car as lightning source. That’s the great point. Trying something out, doing something new, finding ways to stick to your goals. It’s possible and the reward will always be an enrichment of your knowledge and skills.

163/365 We’ve been taking so many pictures with the polaroid lately, but that one is my alltime favorite. It was shot on my birthday party and it captured the atmosphere and fun that everybody had.  Friendship is described in so many different ways - people that are always going to be there for you, who accept you like you really are, who will never leave you alone. I don’t agree. I think we can actually have a lot of friends and still feel lonely from time to time. Not because our friends are not great, but because at some point the daily routine makes it hard to always be there. Still, friends are those who try their best to do so. I don’t think they accept you like are, but in many cases help you to see who you really are deep down inside. They sometimes know you even better then you know yourself and they might sometimes say some ugly truths you need to hear. But they love you. It doesn’t matter how many friends you have, it matters who you have as a real friend. Surrounding ourselves with the ones we love AND who make us feel happy and motivated, that is a key to happiness.

156/365 My friends Cica’s card finally arrived! After weeks of waiting I almost opened it directly in the post office out of all the anxiety. I was in “To-Do-Rush-Mode” the whole day. The only thing passing before my eyes were the thousand things I still had to do.  It’s horrible to live this way…. to live only in order to compleed the todos. A todo list will never end. There are always new todos, new stuff to solve and old todos that just keep popping up. If the only thing in mind is to do all of it the fastest possible, the whole life just turns into a race against time and todos.  My friends card remembered me of this simple fact. It’s okay to have things undone on the list. It’s okay to sit down for some minutes and just relax, drink a tea or read some pages in a good book. It should be the goal to live, to enjoy everyday and if not the whole day, at least create those few minutes in which your batteries recharge. Be kind to yourself. The race against the todo list is an endless fight and not worth it.

141/365 Everybody has something special, something beautiful and some flaws. And exactly that mixture is what makes every single person on this earth perfect. Perfection doesn’t mean you don’t have flaws. Perfection means you stick to yourself. It means you trust in yourself and you stand for who you truely want to become, not who everybody thinks you’re supposed to be.  I know that many girls out there seek perfection, thinking perfection means you have skin that looks like chinaware and a size zero body. But look at this picture, this has not been photoshoped and still she looks stunningly beautiful. Stop seeking a perfection that only relies on photoshop and start to really look at yourself. You are already perfect, you just have to realize it and let go of all those images media shows you.

90/365 I have them! After so many failures and dissapointments I’m finally able to share with you the results of my first analog photos! This is my favorite shot out of the first film and it worked out just the way I hoped it would. That’s the amazing detail of analoge photography - You have ideas, you shoot and you wait like a little child to see how it looks.

Day 33 Today I had an awesome feedback meeting, watched my favourite Marvell movie and drank a delicious Bahama Mama (I just love saying that name!), i guess that’s what you call the perfect start to better days!
